Insight for Impact
“Women are twice as likely to suffer from severe stress and anxiety as men. Women typically take on more unpaid domestic work and emotional labour, creating more stress and anxiety in their lives. Although there is more awareness about mental health, we are still a long way from treating mental illness as an illness. Breaking the stigma of mental health and illness is very important to me.”
