Sip and Savour is back for a third year!
Sip and Savour is back on November 19, with tastings from Vancouver's top restaurants, bartenders, wineries, and breweries – all supporting BC Women’s Neonatal ICU.
The inception of Sip and Savour
Sip and Savour arose from numpfer™ founder Sarah Robbin's desire to give back to BC Women's, after her daughter Charlotte spent her first three days of life in the Neonatal ICU.
The past two events were an incredible success, demonstrating the extraordinary power of community, and raising almost $100,000 for cutting edge equipment and resources for the tiniest patients in BC and their families in their time of need.
About the event
Sarah has teamed up with Dunya Ilsley and a dedicated committee of volunteers to offer an evening of mouth-watering canapés and delicious beverages from BC’s best restaurants, bartenders, wineries and craft breweries.
Tamara Taggart will once again MC this incredible night – where guests sample the best of the city, bid for items from the curated silent auction, and hear incredible stories of courage and hope.
The third annual Sip and Savour will take place November 19, 2018 from 7 to 10pm at The Pipe Shop, a stunning waterfront heritage building located in North Vancouver’s Shipyards District.

Support a worthy cause
Since the last event, we opened the doors of the new NICU, which features 70 private rooms – the first of its kind in North America.
10 of these special rooms actually allow women + newborns, like Sarah and Charlotte, to receive care in the same room.
It was thanks to the generosity of supporters like Sarah, and events like Sip and Savour, that we were able to support our largest campaign to date, that raised over $17 million to fully equip this stunning new facility.
Watch the video of when we gave past NICU families a tour. Their reactions say it all…
Funds raised at Sip and Savour will ensure that women + newborns, like Sarah and Charlotte, have access to the highest quality healthcare when, where, and how they need it.
