Circuit For A Cause was founded out of love for BC Women’s Health Foundation’s mission of “healthy women everywhere, capable of anything”.
This fundraiser is all about supporting improvements in health, especially for the women in our community, who, are key people in our households, workplaces, communities. Circuit for a Cause is proud to host their second annual Fundraiser, this October in support of BC Women’s Health Foundation’s $275,000* Endometriosis – Changing Care fundraising initiative.
The core of the fundraising revolves around donation of full or partial registration fees of circuit training classes throughout the lower mainland, and sponsorship. Net proceeds from the Circuit Passes and Class Passes will go towards BC Women’s Health Foundation’s Endometriosis Initiative. For the month of October, each studio will provide a weekend class that is included in the Circuit Pass. Participants are also able to purchase individual classes through the Class Pass.
An astonishing one in ten women in Canada suffers from endometriosis. This chronic disease can cause debilitating pelvic pain and infertility, and deeply impacts quality of life and intimate partner relationships. Your investment in two trail-blazing research projects will help to uncover new information about endometriosis to support women and their partners, as well as expand the model of care at BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre across the country. All to improve the lives of women, their families, and communities.
