Time for Tea 2008 raising funds to support
“Making Room for Miracles” campaign
Sutton Place Hotel
Sunday, September 21, 2008 1-4pm
Time for Tea, now in it’s 3rd year, is a dream that became a reality for one local mom. After receiving care at BC Women’s for significant health issues, Kate Harvey understands the importance of quality care, commitment and support. Time for Tea was born from Kate’s wish to give back to the hospital and thank those who were there for her.
Kate and another local mom, Sue Hall, co-ordinate this special event that brings together women from all seasons of life who share a passion for women's health. This year, Time for Tea is privileged to welcome Dr. Jan Christilaw, VP Medicine at BC Women's, to speak on the topic of Women's Heart Health. Join us on September 21st for an enlightening afternoon with Dr. Christilaw and emcee Vicki Gabereau, and the opportunity to win fantastic prizes in the gift raffle and silent auction!
